Stephanie was great preparing my 93 yo Mom's for several years as well as last year when Mom moved into a Memory Care unit and I worked with Stephanie. Not sure what is going on, but I've emailed and called her a number of times since the beginning of February with no response whatsoever. I'm done and have found someone else.
