Absolutely terrible! I made an appointment with Dorothy Johnson for 1 pm. I get there and she’s telling me her previous client was running late and proceeded to take x amount of clients before him and therefore couldn’t not see me and I had to wait. Why should I wait when I am on time and the other person was late? Just UNPROFESSIONAL in every sense of the word. I write this in 2025, regarding my 2022 taxes. H&R block royally screwed up my 2022 taxes leading me into a 3 year battle with the IRS. The "manager" is the one who helped me with me ammended return for 2022 which was, once again, incorrect. Despite expressing my concern that the amount she told me I owed and the amount she printed out were different I was assured by this manager and her supervisor that my taxes were done correctly.
