I decided to trust H&R Block with my S Corp and personal taxes after having the same tax preparer for the last eight years. What a mistake that was. Spoke to someone over the phone they told me to bring in my paperwork so I did. Everything was uploaded at the front desk and I set an appointment a few days later. I showed up 15 minutes early checked in waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only person in the waiting room so I a not sure what the holdup was. So I left assuming they would call me and I could reschedule the appointment however, I got all the way home and then called them. I could not get any type of explanation.
