Had a rather difficult tax filing that needed done and he was able to swiftly get it filled. Very pleasant to converse with. Cant complain about the services we received

Two women told me I didn’t make enough to get the child tax credit and you have to make a minimum of 25k to get the CTC. But she couldn’t give me any info on how she figured this out, where she got this number, why I’m the only person being told this when several thousand other people claim the CTC and make under 25k. I found one case where someone didn’t qualify for the CTC and they made much less than I did. I found several people who made much less than I did and still got it.
