This location was assigned to me by H&R Block's online service. I never chose them. They called to reschedule, I agreed. Then called again an hour later saying they couldn't help me at all. The representative told me there was a number I needed to call myself. No offer to connect me, no attempt to fix the situation, no apology. Clara Johnson, MBA, AFSP was extraordinarily helpful in answering questions from a prior H&R Block error from another office! In fact, she gave more accurate and helpful information that corporate H&R Block. She not only was able to answer my questions in a timely fashion but did so in a kind and genuine way! I can’t recommend her services enough! She went above and beyond to help me alleviate stress and cost from my situation! Highly recommend her services and office!
