They messed up my taxes and now the state is claiming I owe money for the amount that was already withheld. Should've just gone to a real CPA. Will be in to discuss and have them fix their error, and pay for any incurred charges. From similar reviews I'm skeptical of managements capabilities. Will be filing an official complaint with the state.

Horrible experience will not be back. I can't get anyone to answer me any other way. Maybe this will get H & R Blocks attention on how serious this is... Still unable to file my husband's taxes because of a mistake made by the tax "pro" and now I owe the IRS money that I was assured I didn't receive.
