Will not be a returning customer. Mine and my husband's taxes are so messed up due to no fault of our own. We have been tossed aside to deal with it. My husband can't even file his taxes. We have 3 children I claim 2 he claims one. Explained this to the tax experts but the 3rd child was still added to mine. Made an appointment to get my taxes done, without asking they put in that I wanted to pay upfront for the fees and not with my return, and apparently they can't change it now and I am being asked to pay almost $200. I am a broke college student barely scraping by and didn't expect this to happen. I don't have the money to pay for their mistake and now I have no other option??? We have been using them to file our taxes for several years because it's a lot easier. Since last year the quality, accuracy and knowledge of their tax "experts" has really gone downhill. We decided to give it one more chance this year and if it does not improve we will be finding another tax service to file with next time. So far my husband filed his and needless to say we have found a typo on a dependent name. We messaged his person through the app and nobody has yet to respond (about 4 days now).
