Made an appointment to get my taxes done, without asking they put in that I wanted to pay upfront for the fees and not with my return, and apparently they can't change it now and I am being asked to pay almost $200. I am a broke college student barely scraping by and didn't expect this to happen. I don't have the money to pay for their mistake and now I have no other option??? We have been using them to file our taxes for several years because it's a lot easier. Since last year the quality, accuracy and knowledge of their tax "experts" has really gone downhill. We decided to give it one more chance this year and if it does not improve we will be finding another tax service to file with next time. So far my husband filed his and needless to say we have found a typo on a dependent name. We messaged his person through the app and nobody has yet to respond (about 4 days now).
If you don’t know how to do tax of international people don’t take the case. We did it from there to lessen our burden and now we have doubled. They gave us the wrong address to send our tax!
