Unprofessional and disrespectful of client’s time. Had an appointment scheduled and even received a reminder text the day before. However when I arrived, the office was closed. There was no email or phone call informing me that the office would be closed. I had to leave work early to make this appointment and find it unprofessional to not even inform clients of closures. Will now have to find a more reliable tax professional.
