I'm not sure if you guys or short staffed. I went to the Hr block downtown that's where I always go to get my taxes done. It's only 4pm and they were closing when it's says open until 7. Very unprofessional to send me away.
My agent was extremely helpful absolutely loved her 🙂🥰. From the moment I walked through the door🚪🚶🏾♂️ she made me feel like I was at home🫂🤝 . I just simply handed her my paperwork and KABAM 💢💥💢! my taxes were done in no time🤯 .
