Would never come back here again . There is to much for me to say that I wouldn’t be able to type everything out . To make is short and sweet ,the people that work there do not know what they are doing at all

This was my first time filing my taxes with H&R, and I am truly pleased with their service. I had many questions due to my limited knowledge, but the agent, Farhana Oroni, was incredibly polite and helpful. As a doctor, I understand how challenging it can be to interact with people all day, and I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
This is my 3rd time coming to this location because they're down the street, and every time the staff is confused and tells me it's my first time and that I'm not in the system. The advisor I met with also didn't have a clue what she was doing so in the end she couldn't even file my taxes. Was a huge waste of my time and a real test of my patience.
Appointments seem to be more of a suggestion than an agreed upon time.. Your " appointment " WILL NOT BE HONORED. If you have a 10am appointment fully expect to be sitting in the waiting rm till 11 or so... Appointments in this place are absolutely pointless.
