Kelly offered wonderful service. The only complaint we would have is that there is no privacy and I could hear every other conversation and their answers as well as they could hear ours.
This place was horrible, rude, and unprofessional. When I arrived at this location for my appointment to prepare my taxes, I was informed that the lady, Benita, that I was scheduled to be with had left due to an emergency. I can completely understand that, life happens. What was red flag number one was that I was not notified. When I scheduled this appointment, I left both my phone number and email address. I do not recommend this particular H&R Block location for filing your taxes. The staff here are confusing and do not effectively assist with breaking down the tax process. I rate this location with only one star due to my one-hour wait time and unhelpful experience. As a truck driver, I visited this location on Cedar Bluff to file my 2025 taxes and was met by an elderly Chinese woman who was rude and seemed unfamiliar with my tax situation.
