WARNING!!! The lady who prepared our taxes at the Murray Landing office was very inaccurate in her data entries. She entered the wrong info on the wrong line and has caused us a world of problems and no one can find our refund...not H&R Block, our bank nor the IRS! We took out the insurance offered from HR Block and were then told that it didn't cover finding our refund. To top things off, its POST TAX SEASON and the office is now closed. Very unprofessional!!!
they’re nice people just not upfront about costs of these services. costed me 370$ to receive a 435$ tax return. i make 22k a year. very scammy UPDATE: A week later i have spoken to an EXTREMELY unprofessional woman named Sara from corporate who could “only apologize”. Excuse after excuse and no explanation of why i was never told the prices of these services BEFORE… even after she admitted that it was wrong to not disclose the prices. I have escalated once again to someone above her and will continue until someone makes it ... read more
