We came in today (dreading the appointment) and were surprised and delighted by Blanca’s attitude and expertise! We were worried that we were gonna have to pay thousands of dollars in a tax bill, and Blanca was able to find the error in the previous filing, fix it, and file an amended return. She was fast, efficient, and friendly! She turned a day we were dreading into an absolute delight.
