I used to use hrblock a few years ago and decided to come back this year because I wanted help from a professional. While my taxes did get filed, what i did not expect was to be treated so poorly. The tax specialist Kathy Young was very rude and condescending making multiple comments about how small my return was going to be. She was very quick to let me know that she's my city council rep and how she wishes she could help with taxt credits, blah blah blah. I’d like to give a shoutout to Kathy Young who did my taxes on Friday the 14th at 3 pm. Kathy was very helpful & professional and provided excellent service and is very knowledgeable.
