I'm sure not everyone has had the same experience, but my experience with this location has been horrendous. Dropped off documents at the beginning of April to file an amendment, and no one has reached out to us since. We spoke to the manager at the end of May/ beginning of June who said the woman who was supposed to do our amendment for us was going to be out until November. My wife and I have had the same HR BLOCK TAX PREPARER for 20 years. This year she passed away and we were given a new girl with little to no experience in my opinion. She messed up our federal and our city taxes .
