Chonda green was rude definitely “Karen” energy from the beginning: while we we’re doing my taxes she was on FaceTime with a cop, even had the nerve to put me on her FaceTime with him. I didn’t feel comfortable doing my taxes while she was on FaceTime with someone that had nothing to do with the taxes.
Chonda Green is awesome! I hadn't filed taxes in 5 years and she helped me get it all sorted. I wound up getting close to $2k refunded after paying H&R block. And they took most of the money out of the refund so I didn't have to pay much up front. Highly recommend.
Not as expected. Scheduled an appointment but had to wait 30 minutes. Wasn't even asked questions that TurboTax asks for deductions and max refunds. Staff was polite, but the experience wasn't great nor worth it.
