Absolutely terrible… 4 phone calls asking if I’m dropping off paperwork… when I had already done so and had an appointment to return to get my filed taxes. The front desk lady was absolutely rude. I had an 830 am appointment and the tax preparer wasn’t even here in time, yet you can be sure they’ll want their money right away.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and they rescheduled me without asking. I called to confirm and they hung up on me. I was shocked and didn't end up calling back until the next day. I was told they had rescheduled me from a Sunday to a Thursday morning which I was not available for at all. It took half an hour to get an appointment over the phone while I had already scheduled online. Scheduled an appointment a week in advance for a 15 minute appointment. Paid a babysitter so I could come in for my noon appointment. Sat and waited for thirty minutes and the tax preparer I was scheduled with was still not done with a previous appointment. Apparently she thought I was just going to drop off my paperwork due to a scheduling error. Ended up having to leave without getting my taxes done. Wasted an hour of my time and money on a babysitter and didn’t get anything accomplished. Will definitely not be going back.
