It was super easy and convenient to make an appointment online. I was able to make a same day appointment for filing. But honestly, making an appointment is a waste of time. I got there 15 mins before my appointment, checked in, was told 3 mins after my appointment it would be about 5 more mins until I could get helped. Which was fine. There were 2 other ppl who were walk ins that were filed, printed, and completed before I was taken back.
