I’ve used other H&R Block locations in the past and received great service. I went to have my taxes done at the H&R Block located in Apple Valley on Granada Avenue. I was given a copy of my tax return which showed my refund for Federal and State I was also told by H&R Block staff what my refund would be. Several weeks later I discovered the of my Federal and State amounts was much less than what was on my return. Wesley helped me with my taxes this year as I had a couple things that made my return a little bit more complicated this time around and he made it smooth and easy and answered all my questions no matter how dumb they were lol Definitely recommend!

H&R Block has effectively prepared my annual tax return and other tasks for many years. The office staff and building climate are pleasant and comfortable. Wesley Flores, Tax Preparer, is detail-oriented and great to work with. I look forward to returning next year, knowing my tax responsibilities are in good hands.
