Do not file with Karvin an old lady she’s very rude doesn’t know the simple concept of filing taxes and very incompetent and unprofessional, during my appt with her she even said can I focus on others file, don’t choose Karvin! She will get you audited by cra!

I visited this location to file my 2023/2024 taxes and had a huge help from Loredana in doing so. I had two separate years to file, and It was quite late in the evening, but Loredana stayed focused and committed to helping me through the process the whole time. I really appreciated her assistance and will be sure to reach out for her help again next year. Hopefully the front office computer will be sorted by then 🤞🙂. Would recommend this location, and Loredana, to anyone interested in filing their taxes.
