We went here the lady charged us over 250$ to do 2 papers for my wife electronically she messed it up we waited months because she did it by mail and charged us for electronic and over charged on top of that Guess what ? I would highly recommend anyone to use this H&R Block location to do their taxes. The lady assisting us - Parvin, was really helpful and asked detailed thoughtful questions in order to maximize our tax credits and refunds. Overall, amazing service and would encourage everyone doing their taxes to consider this place.
the old lady at the desk was unfriendly and rude, didn’t seem to have an understanding of my situation. I told her that my direct deposit for 2024 tax return is linked to my H&R block account and she simply said she has no access to my account for 2024 because I did not file with hr block for 2024 (I did for 2023). Ended up calling the customer service, DC bank and got it sorted. waste of time to come here just to be told they can’t do anything for me when a single phone call solved it.
Every year in a row I close my tax period with H&R Block and one of their accountants - Lordana. She is super professional, always attentive to details, remembers the history of each period, does not close the issue until its final decision and always goes to the end with me. I am very glad that it is she who accompanies me and my mother in the annual closing of the tax year.
I had outstanding service at H&R Block, Promenade location. A heartfelt thank you Irina and Parvin for their professionalism, efficiency and kindness… I came at the last moment to do my taxes and taxes for my 94 year old mother. Our accountant got sick and I was in a panic. They helped me with everything and got it all done in time. See you next year!
