The customer service experience falls short once again. I appreciate you taking the time to answer the questions I had but It is my choice on who I want to do my taxes with. To your “ Good luck with that” Remark you made after I said, I found someone to do my taxes for a lower price. Shame on you. My tax associate was Chris Dinwiddie who did such a great job. I didn't have a whole lot of questions, as I've done taxes before, but he helped with a couple of things I was curious about: having my employer withhold extra dollars to avoid having to pay more on taxes at the end of the year, etc. And I will gladly have him do my returns next year as well.
