hay everyone don't ever trust h&r block to fill for taxes because they have leaks
Efficiency. Unfortunately, a duplicate return was filed which caused a freeze on my refund resulting in a 10 month delay in receiving my refund. The employee who researched this for me had no explanation as to how this happened but the second identical return had been filed within 24 hours of the first one from their office. This had to have been deliberate as anyone with knowledge of I R S procedures knows a return isn't shown as received within 24 hours of filing it. I want to start by highlighting Jollen Clark's professionalism and helpfulness. She fixed all the errors made by the previous tax professional and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely work with her again if she were at a different location.
