Made an appt over a week ago, and was told 6 minutes before my appt that our tax person was too busy to help me, and I would need to reschedule for a later date. Ruined my day's plans, and was offered no discount for their rudeness and lack of communication. I'll NEVER be back. The place looks dirty inside and their sign out front has been broken for months anyways! They obviously just don't care.
Had my first and only appointment for taxes 3 weeks ago. Come to find out they had double booked our appointment, so they took our information and documents and rushed us out like we meant nothing. Since then we haven't received any communication and have been essential ghosted. When I went to the office yesterday to get my documents to file somewhere else I was told they couldn't give me my stuff because they couldn't find the right key. Don't get your taxes done with H&R block if you wan to save your own money.
It was simple and quick to use. My tax Profesional DeeDee was in constant contact with me, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and helped me and guide me all the way. They give you the estimate beforehand so you get to decide if you want them to continue or not so no surprises there. Very transparent and professional. I've got a very pleasant experience doing something most people hate 😅
