I scheduled an appointment with this tax service provider on tax due day as I had some questions and wanted to ensure everything was done correctly. Had a HORRIBLE experience here. I met with Jennifer here who "helped me"while working with another client. During this time she made mistakes that led to her not being able to complete my taxes. I then had to go do them on my own. She then called back and said I still needed to pay because I üsed her time"even though she was meeting with another customer during the entire time I was there and did not file my taxes. The tax pro Brad Wei filed my tax wrong and I caught the mistake later. It was an over $1000 error. He was really rude during my tax preparation and did not provide any explanation when I asked him question.

This is Fraud / scam “ H& R Block “. I filed with Duk Kim and paid money for “ Peace of Mind “ paying extra. He promised me that if I get notice from IRS , I can come to him anytime for response . He messed up my tax and I got IRS notice .When I contacted Duk Kim , he told me , that he is not working now, and , I need to come in January end . Big liar . Also H&R Block misleading advertisement says “ We ‘re here to help you year - round “. Never go there.
