Great experience this year! I filed my taxes online and Tiffany reviewed everything. I thought it was going to take a day or two but the process was fast and smooth, and she answered all my questions within an hour or less along the way. Really appreciated how easy she made everything. Highly recommend!
I have many complaints about H&R Block on Lexington av. My tax consultant Marie witch is have had for the last two years is vary good and professional. How ever when I went in there this year and told the secretary I wanted Marie to do my taxes. After I had to wait until she got done smoking a cigarette out side. She then came in and was vary rude and unprofessional i don't think she new what was going on . And the lady in the back office Tiffany was loud and rude. And I heard she was management.
