Extremely unprofessional. Marie was awful. She refused to listen, rolled her eyes numerous times then proceeded to KEEP typing our info in incorrectly. After pointing it out to her she snapped at us and said it's fine. It's not fine Marie, these are our taxes. Not yours. Marie had to step away for medical reasons. Completely understandable. 260.00 to do one W2 and two 1099s. Told me I was charged for so many forms that I had. E-File was down, so I Googled HR which has a starting at 89.00 on the HR page. E-File came up and running with my taxes while I was sitting at HR with my laptop. I was going to leave and go home to finish my banking info. Was told by HR I would still have to pay amounts for my time, forms and such. 260.00 never ever ever ever again. Shame on HR.
