The lady I had this year, faith, was very nice and caught a mess up from last year's taxes that she is going to amend for me and get me the money im owed. I was very thankful for her professionalism and her ability to see very quickly I was done wrong last year.
I have dealt with h&R block for years and I am very satisfied with how quickly my return is done and how professional yet friendly all the people are. I would recommend them highly to anyone who has complicated or less complicated tax returns
