Janet was wonderful to work with. She quickly resolved a scheduling error and completed my return efficiently. She was professional, polite, and made the entire appointment feel smooth and easy. My only concern was that she was interrupted several times by incoming phone calls to the store, which affected the flow of the appointment. Aside from that, I had a great experience. Ed, the manager, was also delightful and personable while in the store.
Patrice braver she was would full grate customer service. She was very friendly I would recommend others
It’s been years since I filed my taxes and still haven’t gotten my return yet. I’ve faxed it AND mailed it using certified mail. Now they’re saying they can’t find anything on file. I’ve made THREE separate trips to this location for the SAME problem with my tax return from the year 2019, with Patrice was my representative. Avoid this location.
First time coming into H and R Block and met with PATRICE BRAGER ,,,She was very helpful and nice very knowledgeable .Definitely will come back ..Office was nice and clean and everyone was really respectful and nice..
Shelly B. is always so helpful with everything!!! Would highly recommend her!!!
