Great service.
Started out as a decent experience…… however due to error on HR Blocks side my taxes were not filed until 2 months after I originally filed. When I reached out to speak with someone about the issue, it was like pulling teeth to try and get someone to address it, had phone appoints scheduled that mysteriously got canceled, had to wait almost a week just to speak with someone on the phone, just to randomly have some representative call me and then fix it after they said no one but the in person tax professional could fix it.
