I started filing online back in January- it is now March and my taxes still aren’t filed, and it is incredibly difficult to get in contact with anyone at the office. I get a voicemail saying to call back my agent, and call all day only to never get a response. There is no way to leave a voicemail and if you get transferred to their customer service team you just get left on hold for ever. Very frustration experience, will never use H&R Block again.
Had a ad experience at a different location, but this location (4905 Frankford) made up for that! I highly highly recommend Shaquana Mcafee as she answered all my concerns, explained everything great, and gave me great advice suiting me as a person and not just a client. Thanks for everything!
