H&R Block gets better every year. I've been doing taxes a long time, and it's never been this easy. In fact, I'm not sure how much more improvement is possible. You upload your documents, and someone does the work for you. You get an appointment and speak to them over VTC, they confirm everything, hit "send", and you're done. Not sure what's left to improve or how it could be easier. This is how is should always be.
