Had a great experience with Frances regarding my taxes in the Beverly Hills office.
I can't explain how terrible of an experience this was. I came to H&R Block because I moved halfway through the year and didn't want to make any errors self-submitting. It took them over a week to figure out how to submit, at first telling me I owed a state over $45k and that my company had made errors on my W2. Turns out, my company had it correct and H&R Block just didn't know how to file a partial year resident form. Following that, they also failed to submit my taxes properly, so nothing was actually pulled from account.... read more
