Went in expecting to have to pay someone to prepare taxes for my tiny LLC but instead of taking my money, the agent walked me through the paperwork so I could do it on my own. I really appreciate the time he took to explain everything, especially since I didn’t purchase any services.
Our tax professional made a significant mistake by filing the wrong schedule for us which cost us hundreds more than it should. It was only noticed because I questioned it. They eventually refunded us money, but it took days to get a response from manager Shannon. I had to leave a few messages. In her message back to me days later, she lied and said we had already talked and acted annoyed that I was bothering her.
