Do yourself a favor and don’t go to this office. There’s two people preparing taxes, the first one a knowledgeable woman that doesn’t have patience, the other one is a girl that hasn’t even graduated and doest really know what she is doing. My appointment started a t 11 and finished at 12:45pm because the girl had to ask for help and sometimes the other person was busy, so she stayed at front desk and waited there… leaving me alone several times. I had a really bad experience. They don't know how to properly file taxes and cannot give proper answers to my questions. The answers are always vague and look like they just want to escape the situation. They don't have any logical answer to anything. The employee named Joy was rude as well. Totally disappointed! I did not decide to write this review before, but now as I just got stuck with the GST claims, I am just so done. How could someone who charges so high make a mistake while filing taxes? very disappointed call for more information,no time to answer and help before deciding to go , HR block was good, but maybe that was the past.
