The first time I filed my tax was in 2024, and Reyna at the HR block on Main Street helped me—and she was kind!! But then we met with Jeff this year, who was equally exceptional. He explained everything to my partner, and I answered our questions and cleared our doubts, as it was our first time filing together, and I needed more clarification. I had to wait 30 minutes extra even after making an appointment. And instead of apologizing the lady was rude and apparently expected me to wait without questioning. Bad customer service.

I went to the north bay mall first and they turned me away. My taxes are simple in and out in 10 min. The older lady at the front desk was rude actually. Rita was there and only walking around i recommend her shes the best, she took me in last year between clients. I went to northgate square and they were booked but took me no problem. Thanks for taking me H&R. Forget the ladies name but she was very pleasant.
Samantha at the H&R at northgate is AMAZING. She is friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel welcome. She is always smiling and has a great attitude. She seems to really love her job and want to help her clients. She makes it feel like old friends spending time together rather then a business transaction. It is extremely refreshing. She is quick and makes it seem like no work at all.
