Unfortunately, they wasted a lot of our time. We were told that Sung specialized in accounts with multi-year filings. We went in, but his schedule was packed for the week. We selected his next opening which was a little over a week later. On 3/24 I left work early to make it to our 4:00pm appt. We were almost there, and received a phone call telling us that Sung's current appt. was running a bit long and we'd be starting 25-30 minutes later. The location is closed and the website said it would be in person. The information is misleading. It was a bad experience.
Couldn't finish my taxes so scheduled a second time and promised to finish then. Couldn't do it the second time, so rescheduled me for the third time. When i come for the third time, it has changed my scheduled date without letting me know. I stood outside the locked door, dumbfounded. I don't know what's going on. It's like they hate me. Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've had with any business. My wife and I came in to this branch and provided all necessary documents to file our taxes and were told all we had to do was log in the online portal and pay to file. I log online and there is no way to communicate with my Tax Pro (Sung) or pay for filing. I have emailed and called my Tax Pro several times over the last two weeks, called the Factoria branch several times, and I still have not heard back from my Tax Pro.
