Had an awful experience with the manager and a worker of this location - came to speak with her about her employees mistakes on my taxes - wasn't even brought into her office she had me speaking in the lobby in ears reach of everyone in the mall and the employee i was speaking about for my complaint, manager offered me a refund and never put in the claim for it and left til July!!!! It was my first ever experience with H&R Block and will actually be my last. I called and spoke to a gentleman named Richard who seemed very helpful over the phone. He told me since I had to file 2 states it would be around $50 per state. I was like "Thats great I'll be in soon" I called on Sunday and a woman named Gabriela answered.
