I have been going to H&RBlock for years .Gail is great at what she does that is why I come back.
Terrible customer service and they did not do what was asked so I had to go through someone else.
zero stars absolutely horrible gave me some one else’s tax return papers and did not car at all. Do not trust these people with your finances in fact they were extremely rude to me for telling them what they did. Do not trust them especially Sandra piss poor service for the hundreds they charge you be ware people no damn good
