Do not use h&r block to file your taxes. my tax "pro" assumed i uploaded the same docs in the portal as what i handed her in person for W2's in which she forgot to file one of mine, and i got over paid and now owe to the IRS, on top of it when she realized she filed incorrectly she amended my taxes without my permission, and refused to give me a refund as she refiled for free, gave me attitude when i came in to speak with her manager about the mistake she had made. overall highly unprofessional, and clearly doesn't pay atten... read more
