I made an appointment for 5pm. Showed up at 5:05 and was told to “take a seat”. A guy walked in at 5:30 and was promptly seen while I continued to wait in the lobby. At 5:45 I asked how much longer I’d have to wait and was told “5 more minutes”. Walked out at 5:50pm never having seen a tax expert.
Let’s see Sandra is the worst. She yelled STOP at me today for work she did not complete. I called in multiple times to the front desk within the last 2 weeks. I wonder why no one gave her the message. Now the IRS I calling me for forms she did not do. Why the hell do you have that job! She should be fired. This is a time sensitive job and it’s about dealings. Learn to do your job! She is horrible to work with. They never call you back! Don’t do there!
Up until this yr I have never had a problem with receiving my IRS refund. This yr H&R Block has really disappointed me. I have gotten the run around about my return. All I have heard is sign here call there but no one can tell me where my refund is. I don’t think I’ll ever go to another H&R Block ever again. This experience has been horrible 👎🏽
Big thank you to Wassim at this H&R Block location. Just filed taxes with them and we’re in an out within an hour. Such an easy process and the cost is very reasonable. He is a great person to work with.
