My wife and I had a wonderful experience at the H&R Block in Thousand Oaks on Moorpark Road. Gabriella, who manages the office, was so welcoming and helpful when setting up our appointment. Everything was organized and easy from the start. Terry prepared our taxes and did an excellent job—he was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, with a warm sense of humor that made the whole process enjoyable. It was also reasonably priced. We truly appreciated the great service and highly recommend them.
