Came into the Moorpark Road Office after having an appointment today at the Thousand Oaks Blvd location where I had been double booked for an appointment. My wife and I were greeted by the receptionist warmly and were asked to have a seat. Well within 3 or 4 minutes Ian (tax preparer) came out shook our hands and brought us back to his tax desk and cubicle. He took care of our tax filing in no time. Terry was really cool and made sure I understood what was going on. I felt like he knew his stuff and tried his best to get me the maximum amount back. I hope I get to file my taxes with him next year too.
