Dealing with Ms. Deagan has been a nightmare. After a mistake by another staff member, I was promised that my refund would be corrected since I purchased the $16 protection plan. Weeks later, she suddenly told me she couldn’t help and passed me off to someone else. I paid $125 for the tax filing and only received $378 back. The incompetence is astounding.
