Hr Block has changed the provider of instant refund card holders ifor 2025 from DC Bank in 2024 to Mastercard Advantage and have had nothing but issuses when trying to use the card. Only good thing is I activated card by calling then went to bank machine and took out all my cash , which I then just deposited to my own bank. Hr Block please just work out the issuses.
Let me put it this way. I moved to Edmonton a few years ago and I still file my taxes at this location! Shawn is the absolute best. He never makes you feel silly asking questions, no matter how small they may be. Shawn is super kind and accommodating. If you want someone to go to regularly he should be your guy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, explained everything on the forms and what to expect to pay/get refunded, etc. I will be doing my taxes here from now on.
