Every year I have challenges with my taxes and every year it seems to get worse and worse in customer service and knowledge to confidently prepare my taxes. I am looking for a new tax place
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I’ve been a repeat customer but am now actively in dispute due to multiple errors made by H&R Block. They inflated my salary, incorrectly stated I had no medical coverage, and caused overpayment in one state and underpayment in another. The result? A 4-figure tax bill with penalties when I shouldn’t have owed anything due to a refund much higher than expected. H&R Block is the best of the best in the business!!
The worst. They were supposed to prepare 1099s for me and I’ve been waiting 3 weeks. They don’t pick up when you call them - they don’t respond so you have no idea if they worked on the 1099s and they keep saying they are busy but that’s not my concern. Then don’t take too many tasks. I went to them 3-4 weeks ago and I’m still waiting. Do not go to them for your taxes. Joan Boucher is useless.
