I've used hr block for 8 years. This year I filled out the forms online with information and deductions. They used 0 of the information I gave them. They claimed my child when I declined a dependant. They charged me over 175 dollars more then last year and they completely messed up my return and told me I had a list of things I need to do to rectify their problem.
