Prices have significantly went up this year costing nearly $1000 for minimal filing. The customer support after the filing has been atrocious. They only returned half of my returns package to me and unfortunately I only discovered this when the CRA needed additional information from me. I'm unable to retrieve the remainder of my file from H&R due to their restrictive hours and being nearly 2 hours from their closest location. My wife and I have been going to H&R block block for year's with decent service. But after this year will the last filing with them. Not once but twice two different people at the front desk extremely rude and ignorant. I dropped off my wife's and mine forms and said they would call when done. I filed my taxes here for 2022 and 2023, and both times I faced issues. Recently, I received a notice/message from CRA related to my 2022 filing. When I contacted the office, I was told it was just a typing mistake, but that mistake caused me unnecessary stress and financial trouble. Nothing but problems this year.. been doing taxes with them for a long time.. very rude lady... when I called she said what do you want all ignorant... wish I new her name
Never again are we going back to H&R Block Wow we don't owe any rentals or self employed.Just basic returns 409 dollars for two senior No there's something wrong there.
