The accountant in the meeting was good and informing but after that I am waiting forever to get my tax assessment to be reviewed even tho I paid for it ahead of time. The front desk service sucks. This is my second year doing tax return with them and now I don’t know next year I might choose somewhere else. All is needed to to quickly have a look and book me an appointment but they let this wait forever with no due diligence

Front desk workers give you information they know nothing about which ends up being wrong in the end. Leading to confusion and aggravation. Should tell your front desk workers to not give information on taxes when they have no idea what they are talking about. This will be the last year I file with h an r block for my taxes.
