Bunch of liars and fake tax representatives. Also rude extremely rude manager or whoever oversees this branch. They over charged me for something I inquired about doing then said no when they started filing without my permission. They did not add my rent which I said I do every year even without receipt (no company had asked for years) and then I asked to add it which they agreed in 2 weeks for reassessment and said they would call me (they did not) and now my trillium came 50$ short every month which helps my basic needs as... read more
Stay away!!!! I had an issue where I was charged to file t3 that wasn't mine. Corporate gave me this number and said they could help. Rachelle the manager was the rudest person in a costumer service role. Talked over me. They have cost me $200 filing t3's that were somone else's.
The accountant in the meeting was good and informing but after that I am waiting forever to get my tax assessment to be reviewed even tho I paid for it ahead of time. The front desk service sucks. This is my second year doing tax return with them and now I don’t know next year I might choose somewhere else. All is needed to to quickly have a look and book me an appointment but they let this wait forever with no due diligence
