I have had nothing but genuinely wonderful and welcoming experiences each time i have been to H&R Block over the year's. Jason is the one who has helped me every time I have come in, and I have always had an amazing experience with him! He explains in detail everything that is going on with my taxes, and why these thing are happening. Answers any and all questions professionally and nicely, and overall is a joy to deal with. I will continue to keep coming back for the foreseeable future!
We were in this place today, March 14, 2025, for making our taxes, we took our appointment online for this day, and it didn't go true, so we lost our time. The nice girl in the front desk was trying to reschedule it, but a mean, a rude lady, came to yeal her and treat us badly. I don't suggest going to this place, because they treat their employees and customers budly.
i am incredibly disappointed with this location. I am 22yrs old and have never done my taxes and when I told the lady at the front desk that I had never done my taxes she laughed in my face and when i told her I'm 22 she also laughed in my face. this was a very discouraging and unprofessional experience from people that are supposed to make this easy for first timers.
