Not the best service. To start the experience, the woman (Priyanka Tallam) laughed at my age for some reason (not sure why), and wasn't the most pleasant to talk to. She would say things to me like " you need to use your absolute full name" in a passive aggressive way. She got notifications on her phone while typing in information and stopped to unlock and look at it, it seemed like a personal matter. Easy and anxiety-reducing to get my taxes done.
-note, made during covid 19- This location was non existent and i spent much time searching the whole mall and hudson for it. Could not get service.
