With all due respect, I know it’s a busy time, but here’s a detailed recap of my experience: DAY 1: I created an account at HRBlock.com The website said “You will be contacted…” I was not contacted by anyone at HR Block. Person I worked with told me I couldn't file as head of household and refused to help me and change it when I explained situation
The tax consultant was very rude, when asked about the fee that she left on the voicemail $443 and when we got there $498. what was the different, she's like I don't know something change. what kind of explanation was that?? so we won't be returning to H&R block

Great experience filing tax return with Tsin at Hillsboro, OR office and this office in general. As full service insurance professional I can appreciate this service. It was my 3d year with HRBlock. Last year I did it on my own & it was very easy process too.
