Person I worked with told me I couldn't file as head of household and refused to help me and change it when I explained situation
The tax consultant was very rude, when asked about the fee that she left on the voicemail $443 and when we got there $498. what was the different, she's like I don't know something change. what kind of explanation was that?? so we won't be returning to H&R block
