I really hate the tax process. I'm always left with confusion and anxiety. However, I had the pleasure of working with Whitney yesterday. She made the process easy and enjoyable. It took over 2 months to file my tax return. Multiple tax professionals did not respond or update me and it took multiple calls to get any sort of update. They are very unprofessional and don’t seem to know how to work their own online portal. If you do go with them do not do it virtually. My third person waited until the day of (April 15th) to do my return. Not worth the price. I often do my taxes with H&R block but I’m new to the area and I came to this location based on reviews/ratings online. Had an appointment and dropped off my documents on a Monday. Called on Tuesday to follow up, was told will get a call back as the advisor is with a client. Called Wednesday, same. Called Thursday, the advisor gave me a call back, asked me for my name and said she will call me back… didn’t happen. Had to go back and just withdraw my documents.
