Waited almost 2 hrs past appt time absolutely incompetent when it comes to customer service and doing the right thing. These people don’t care if they do it right or not and they don’t value their customers at all. Please go to any other location but this one.

I really hate the tax process. I'm always left with confusion and anxiety. However, I had the pleasure of working with Whitney yesterday. She made the process easy and enjoyable. She explained everything to me in simple terms, gave me lots of insight as to how I should proceed in the future. Whitney was authentically warm and personable. It took over 2 months to file my tax return. Multiple tax professionals did not respond or update me and it took multiple calls to get any sort of update. They are very unprofessional and don’t seem to know how to work their own online portal. If you do go with them do not do it virtually. My third person waited until the day of (April 15th) to do my return. Not worth the price.
