Adila was assigned my taxes this year at this location. When I went in, they mentioned the CRA website was down, and they couldn’t access information but would let me know when they could start them. I didn’t hear back for the rest of the day, so the next day I called during business hours and got no answer. I called several times throughout the day and got no answer. Totally INCOMPETENT place! They gave me the WRONG persons tax return!!! Weeks later I find out I have someone's VERY personal info, and her TAX RETURN! They told me I will get a $1400.00 return but they made a error and now I get $24.00. Now they are closed! And my taxes are not done due to their neglect and I have someone else' T4 info. The office across town has offered to send mine in but after this mess I do not TRUST H&R BLOCK to be competent enough to trust they got it right! Stay away from H&R BLOCK beyond terrible!
