Se Foster rd. H and R block I have been going to this same office for over 24 years with no problem. They have my email and my phone number, I understand that people get sick but I had to make alot of arrangements with work, kids and transportation to go to this appointment a call or a text would have been nice. Instead I drive over there to a locked close office. I miss the office manager Randy!!! I called and talk to a rep and she said oh Kathy must be sick... sorry ok that doesn't help me.
I will never use H&R Block again after the experience I’ve had here. I had to move out of town on short notice and was told this wouldn’t be a big deal, as I could electronically review/approve everything to be submitted. Rasita then managed to put the wrong name and social security number for my wife on all our tax documents, charge us $400 for the tax prep she did, and has, as of now, taken 2 weeks to not even complete my taxes after the return was rejected.
