Our visit was uncomfortable. While our tax representative was great, the experience was affected by loud conversations between other employees. After a client call, two staff members made inappropriate remarks about clients “taking advantage of the system” and that “this country is going down because of people like this,” which was unprofessional in a client-facing setting. Rescheduled our appointment because they were running behind. When we came in for our rescheduled appointment they informed us they weren't able to file our taxes because no one was there who was trained to do self employed income.

I’ve been coming to this location for the past five years to get my taxes done and I usually use Marie every year this year. She refused to do my taxes because I’m on EI 2025. I was on EI for the whole year because I’m currently taking care of my sick mother who has terminal cancer before asking me any questions or reasons she refuse to do my taxes and sent me to her colleague, Maria, no secret that Maria has a very bad attitude and is very unprofessional.
