Got here 2nd without an appt but some Come in after me and will be seen before me and I have to wait but we are both walk ins. Makes no sense to me and that terrible customer service, main reason I use Hr online or go to another neighborhood to do my taxes
Had a virtul appointment with DESHAWN BUTLER at 4pm, and she didn't show up, I called the office to check in since I didn't hear from her and they reschedule me to 5pm, and again 5pm she doesn't show up. I call office and nobody answers. Extremely dissapointed in the lack of communication and customer service.
Tax agent suggested that I owe $21k and my own follow up verified that I ended up owing around $500. There is no oversight and hope they improve. The interface is nice but be prepared to do more work than the tax agent... until things are improved.
