The system went down at the end of me filling my taxes. Since then, everything has been downhill. I never received my copy of my tax return. And has been getting random phone calls saying that my taxes weren't done. And I can't access my information from the website either. It's showing that I haven't had my taxes done yet and the appointment is next year in May. The office i went to is closed for the season. I was told that if I need my documents, then I will have to go to another location to retrieve them.
